A Minimal Studio Maternity Photo Session

I don’t get to do many studio sessions through the year, but was thrilled to get a chance to do this lovely lady’s maternity session for her third kid. I have been working with her and her family for over a year and have seen her kids grow – it has been quite an honor to be invited time and time again back into their lives. 

For this maternity session, we wanted simplicity in the image to showcase her pregnancy in all its splendor. Simple outfits, simple backgrounds. Just her, and different setups with my lighting equipment – and of course we had to sneak in some images with her husband and beautiful kids.
